A Direct Line call recording adapter connects directly to any analog phone line with the standard modular socket (RJ12). A Handset Connector call recording adapter sits 'in' the cable between your telephone and the handset. This adapter would be suitable for IP Phones The VRS Recording System supports a number of different hardware setups for recording phone calls, including the use of call recording adapters.
