General Support Questions

• Callers are sometimes disconnected during a dictation
• Cannot Access the Software's Help under Windows Vista
• Dial Dictate answers the call but does not play a message
• Dial Dictate does not answer calls
• Dial Dictate responds in a strange way while recording a dictation by rewinding, pausing or playing a file back from the beginning
