Can I convert OMA, OMG, HMA files?

OpenMG (.OMA & .OMG and HMA) files are files in Sony ATRAC3 (or Atrac3plus) format that have DRM protection.

This means that Switch can only convert these files on the computer that it was made or the file was purchased on. The DRM ensures that the file is "authorized" for only the original computer.
