Converting MSV files causes crash

You need to download and install the Sony Plugin for Windows Media Player to load Sony msv and dvf files in Switch. Once you have downloaded the plugin, you will be able to open and convert Sony files in Switch.

If the Sony link does not work for you, download the Sony Media Player Plugin (1139kb) here.

Please note: Switch should not crash when converting .msv files. If you have the proper plugins, and you are still seeing this error, please send your .msv file and your settings to our support team. This will give us the opportunity to test it and see if there is a bug we can fix.
