NCH Software strives to create easy-to-use, trouble free software. If you are having difficulties when using our software and you think it may be a bug, please complete the form below.

THIS IS NOT A SUPPORT FORM. This report will be logged and sent to the development team through the development system. You will not get an immediate or personal response. A notification will be sent when a fix, patch or new version is released which fixes the bug or we can offer some other work-around. If you need other assistance with how to use our products please use our support wizard to find answers to your questions, or to log an email support inquiry if our FAQ pages do not answer your questions.

What exactly did you see (eg. text of error messages if any)?
If you take the same steps does it happen again? If there a repeatable way to cause the problem it makes it much easier for us to fix the problem.
