I am seeing an error which says Magcore.dll not found when adding a video file.

You may see this error when you are encoding a Video DVD or adding a video file to Express Burn.

Magcore.dll is part of ArcSoft's TotalMedia Extreme, TotalMedia Theatre

This error occurs due to a combination of the design of the application and the search paths.

To resolve, please

• Copy magcore.dll from your ArcSoft installation folder to the Windows/System32 folder

OR

• In Express Burn, open the Options window from the File Menu
• Check the box next to Use internal codec first
• Click the OK button to save and close the window
