When playing back recordings, the audio is interrupted every 10 seconds by a synthesised voice which says "Please purchase SoundTap"

This is a feature of the free-trial installation of SoundTap. To make the voice go away, you need to do what it says and purchase SoundTap. To do this, click on the Buy Online option in the toolbar along the top of the SoundTap main window.
