How do I use speech-to-text (speech recognition)?

If you install SAPI compliant speech recognition software (eg. Dragon Dictate v 6), Express Scribe will automatically detect it and use it to convert the recording to text.   The typist can then listen to the recording in high speed to correct it and format it.
