What does IVM do?

IVM is a sophisticated software product that turns your computer into a programmable telephone voice automation system. It is a program that is installed on a Windows PC computer that enables the computer to take answer calls, to take messages (voicemail) and to interact with the caller (interactive voice response). Typical Applications include
